Reporting to the Executive Manager (ED), the Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of FosterFAM ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation. In this role, the Program Manager will manage a growing staff and volunteer team.

a. All Communication. Make yourself regularly available to discuss issues and concerns.
b. Fundraising. Collaborate with the Executive Director to plan, host, and evaluate fundraisers.
c. Programs (Support Groups, SWOP, Sensory, Kitz for Kids). Track utilization by filling out google forms for donations and recipients. Host and lead support groups. Create family profiles.
d. Volunteers. Schedule and recurring evaluation of volunteers.
a. Fundraising. Cultivate existing relationships with vendors, volunteers, and staff with the goal of ensuring sufficient space and resources, and access to services.
b. Programs (Support Groups, SWOP, Sensory, Kitz for Kids). Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among program areas. Building rapport with families and community members to meet the emotional, tactical, and physical needs of our families.

b. Professional Development. Implement a professional development program to address employee experience and skill gaps.
c. Volunteers. Work with volunteer staff to develop objective performance measurementd.
d. Support. Develop and implement a system to evaluate needs of families we serve.

2. Track FosterFAM programs utilization and create reports
3. Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
